Nowadays, modern bookkeeping software is capable of reading UBL files. UBL files are structured generic representations of invoices which can be read by software.
Settings
As soon as you activate "Send copy of booked costs to" Rodeo will automatically generate a UBL which is related to the booked expense.
Warning
The PDF invoice and UBL file can be different! Rodeo generates UBL files based on the users input. The UBL file is not generated based on the actual content of the PDF. Rodeo will only add the allocated amounts and VAT to the UBL file sent with the PDF file. You will find the amount in the last step while adding expenses.
