Activating the Rodeo Support User

When you need assistance with the platform, giving the Rodeo Support team access to your account will help speed up troubleshooting.

To optimize your support experience with Rodeo, you have the option to activate the Rodeo Support user, which will give our team access to your account. By default, the Rodeo Support user is achieved on all accounts.

Benefits of activating the Rodeo Support user:

  • Ability to provide fast, efficient support

  • Quickly identify a problem

  • Create, edit, or delete other users

Activating the Rodeo Support user will not affect your subscription, meaning there is no extra cost for activating this user. After you activate it, you can also revoke its access by archiving the Rodeo Support user at any time.

How to activate the Rodeo Support user

To activate the Rodeo Support user, go to Settings located at the bottom left corner of the menu. On the user page, go to archived users by clicking on the Active button located on the right:

Now you will see a list of all archived users. Hover over the Rodeo Support and click on the 3 dots to access the settings:

Then, click on Unarchive to activate the user:

Now you will see the Rodeo Support user as an active user of your team, allowing our team access to better assist you.
