Connect Rodeo to your accountancy software

You can connect Rodeo to your favorite accountancy software. To do this, your software must have the feature of a digital mailbox.

You can connect Rodeo to your favorite accountancy software. To do this, your software must have the feature of a digital mailbox. 

To use this feature of Rodeo, go to Settings and click on the tab Advanced.
Next, make sure your accountancy software generates an email address for the digital mailbox, and fill in this mail address. Usually, you get one for outgoing invoices as well as one for incoming invoices. 

Now all expenses you book or invoices you send out will automatically be synced with your accountancy software. 

Make sure to add [email protected] to your accountancy software as recieving mail address.

If you are using Exact Online, see the following screenshot as to where you can add the mail address as a whitelisted sender.
