What to do if you want to invoice expenses

Rodeo makes it simple to create an invoice. 

Click the + icon and fill in the client and select the project name. 

Now choose one of the four options to base your invoice on:

Free invoicing.
Create an invoice from scratch without any project related budget or activity. 

Budget.
Copy the budget from your project to your invoice and select the percentage of budget you want to invoice. You are free to edit your invoice afterward.

Estimate.
Copy the approved estimate to your invoice and select the percentage of the estimate you want to invoice. You are free to edit your invoice afterward.

Actuals
Copy the actuals of a selected time period to your invoice. It's possible to include descriptions as well. 

When your invoice in finished. Download the invoice and send it to your supplier.
